If you receive an email asking for feedback on your CMRT, please log into the Conflict Minerals application to complete this process. Once logged in, you will see an 'Action Required' box on the right hand side of the page. Click the green 'Start' button to begin the QC process.
You will see the CMRT that your company completed and QC Flags- Feedback Required.
Click the green 'Provide Feedback' option to answer your QC questions.
Use the dropdowns to answer each flag that was raised on your CMRT and click 'Submit to Customer'. If you have no additional information you may use the default answer of "I will not take any further action at this time". From here, if you find you need to update your CMRT, you will need to archive your CMRT and upload a new CMRT. To find out how to archive a CMRT, please use the link below.
